This liqueur is a dark brown colour with a very distinctive almond fragrance. It has a distinctive aftertaste with very strong almond notes.
Use Amaretto syrup in cafe latte, cappuccino, latte macchiato, smoothies, hot chocolate, cocktails and hot milk.
These syrups are high in sweetness and flavor - so need to be diluted to suit your taste (generally 1 part 1883 syrup to 8 or 9 parts other beverage).
