This syrup is a translucent in colour with a sweet and citrus taste - a complex mandarin and lemon flavour, with a hint of grapefruit. It's one of our all time favourites and mixes well with soda water.
These syrups are high in sweetness and flavor - so need to be diluted to suit your taste (generally 1 part 1883 syrup to 8 or 9 parts other beverage).
