Brewed in NSW on the Central Coast, Hawkesbury Prohibition Pale Ale is bright and full bodied with citrus and tropical characters, Prohibition Pale Ale introduces full hop flavour to NA beer.
It pours a clear amber and has a good head of fine bubbles which lasts. On the nose it has notes of floral, lychees and peach from the dry hopping. On the palate it is bright and pleasantly bitter, light citrus notes with no trace of the other fruity aromas. Mouthfeel is smooth and pleasing, and the bitterness lasts. 30 IBUs.
Brewed naturally with premium ingredients, Prohibition Pale Ale is fully attenuated to tease out the maximum range of flavours from the fermentation process. Using proprietary know how we then reduce the alcohol levels before dry hopping for at least 21 days using Citra and Galaxy hops. During this time, our beer is well-lagered which allows flavours to fully develop.
