Schneider Weisse non-alcoholic is dark and an isotonic thirst-quencher that energizes with 100% wheat beer taste at less than 0,5% alcohol.
This wheat beer looks great when poured into a glass, with a chunky hazy and chestnut coloured head. The beer is dark coloured and the aroma is sweet, with an unmistakable cereal-like smell of the wheat. It is smooth and creamy in the mouth, and tastes of wheat with undertones of green banana. There’s no bitterness in the taste to begin with, but it grows as the bubbles lessen and eventually combines nicely with the sweetness to produce a well balanced beer. The finish is dry, with a dab of bitterness in the aftertaste. 13 IBU
