This syrup is bright red with the gentle fragrance of red berries with hints of vanilla. For the palate there is a subtle harmony between red fruits and vanilla.
For a sparkling wine cocktail, pour 1 Tablespoon of 1883 Mixed Berries into your glass, then top up glass with you favourite non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
These syrups are high in sweetness and flavor - so need to be diluted to suit your taste (generally 1 part 1883 syrup to 8 or 9 parts other beverage).
